History<\/h2>\n

Lecatecs was set up in 2003 by Bart Cappon and Jerry Lefebvre<\/strong>. The initial intention was to be able to easily locate a stolen vehicle. By listening to our customers, we realised that there was an increasing demand for other applications.<\/p>\n

Starting from 2008, the name of the company was changed to \u2018Traxgo\u2019<\/strong>. We continued investing in new technologies and R&D, which led to a continuous growth for the company. Soon it became clear that the location in Waregem was too small for our operations, and hence we moved to our own new building. Thanks to an accelerated growth accompanied by new developments and the expansion of our team,\u00a0Traxgo was recognised in 2015 as a growing company<\/strong> by the Flemish government. In 2016, the management team was strengthened with Frederik Depuydt & Rudy Vuylsteke.<\/p>\n

After integrating a software company into its core business in 2018<\/strong>, Traxgo was nominated to be a Trends Gazelle for West Flanders in early 2020<\/strong>. With the acquisition of the Antwerp company \"Track & Trace\" that same year, Traxgo confirms its ambitions. At the end of\u00a02022<\/strong>, Traxgo joined the\u00a0Clifford International Group<\/a>, which in turn became part of the\u00a0Swedish AddSecure<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a02023<\/strong>. This allows us to further accelerate the growth path of recent years.<\/p>\n
