Under the wings of AddSecure, Traxgo continues its growth trajectory. Following the integration of Connecting Solutions in 2024 and 12Trace last year, the track-and-trace activities of Spotmaster are now also being acquired. With this new step, we are initially further expanding our coverage in the Benelux, but we are also strengthening our position as a specialized provider of track-and-trace applications with a view to further expansion within Europe.
Takeover of track and trace including hardware and service
Spotmaster is a Dutch technology company specializing in fleet management and track-and-trace. The company, which has been supporting organizations in managing vehicles and operational processes for over twenty years, will henceforth focus entirely on the further development of its software modules and data-driven services. Within the framework of the agreement, all track-and-trace activities, including the associated hardware and service, will transfer to Traxgo, which operates within the Smart Mobility business unit at AddSecure. For both parties, the acquisition is a win-win, with a clear focus on future growth:
